I have just a few minutes before leaving for today’s wedding and I thought it was a great time to share a recent engagement with you.
Aaron and Sarah will be getting married next June. The day of their engagement session we almost rescheduled. The forecast was stormy – dangerous stormy. But Aaron and Sarah said that if I was up for it they would like to proceed with the photos. We did and we were all so glad that we didn’t get hit with the storm. There were a few heavy sprinkles for a short duration and the rest was smooth sailing.
When thinking of where we wanted to do their engagement photos we decided on the Auburn Cord Dusenburg Museum. That is the location of their wedding reception and it was a fun way to tie the wedding day and engagement session together.
I was super excited when Sarah booked her wedding with me. She booked the wedding and then after the fact when looking at her groom’s information I realized that I knew Aaron and his family. Aaron’s sister, Annie, got married a few years ago and I photographed her wedding at Purdue University. I look forward to working with his family again at the wedding.
Thank you Aaron and Sarah. It was a great shoot. It will be so great to celebrate with you next summer.
