When Chris and Anne began planning their wedding they were planning a local wedding here in Indiana, with all of their friends and family attending. As time went on they realized that they just didn’t want a big wedding. They wanted something small, simple with just their closest family there. An intimate wedding suited their personalities best.
Chris and Anne began their search for their wedding location. They both said that when they found Bear Pen Gap Resort they just knew it was the perfect place for their wedding celebration. And really it was perfect. When my husband dropped me off at the resort the morning of the wedding I couldn’t get over how gorgeous the mountain view was. It was breathtaking. As Chris and Anne said their vows you could see pure joy and contentment on their faces. It was precious to watch.
The entire wedding was very traditional; a White dress, Black Tuxes and Red Roses. Let’s talk about the red roses… I have never seen so many red roses in one wedding as I did on their day. They were gorgeous and they smelled like Heaven.
The summer heat in TN is nothing like summer heat in IN. To end the night Chris and Anne decided to jump into the swimming pool to cool off. The shock on their guests faces was priceless! And in all honesty I am sure many other people would loved to have jumped in too!
Soon after there was a fireworks display and it was truly the perfect ending to a perfect day.
Chris and Anne, thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking your IN photographer along. It was a joy to be there with you.
Enjoy the previews!
