Kylie and Robert were married at the Tabernacle in Monroe, IN on July 1st. This location is one of the most popular locations for weddings locally here in Indiana. It has such a peaceful feeling to it. The old wood and high ceilings make it the most beautiful backdrop for a wedding ceremony.
I have truly enjoyed working with Kylie and Robert, since our first meeting a year ago when they got engaged. Their wedding party was amazingly fun. Even the videographer, Tate, and I talked about how easy and fun they were to be with all day. They laughed and had the most fun and expressive interactions with each other. It made for some great candid moments and a day that felt like I was spending it with friends. Those are the best kinds of weddings to photograph!!
Thank you, Kylie and Robert. I am so very happy for you and this new journey you are beginning. Marriage is a wonderful gift and I am so glad that you have found this gift in one another.
Enjoy your preview of what is to come.
MEET THE NEWLYWEDS: Kylie and Robert WEDDING DATE: July 1, 2017 LOCATION: The Tabernacle, Monroe IN and the Wells County Community Building in Bluffton, IN. HOW THEY MET: Robert and Kylie met through a mutual friend, Kylie’s maid of honor Jenny Lambert, when Kylie moved to Bluffton to student teach. ENGAGEMENT: February 26, 2016. Robert snuck into Kylie’s house and waited for her to get home from work. FAVORITE WEDDING DAY MEMORY: Roberts: Seeing his beautiful bride for the first time, after reading the notes they wrote each other. That moment solidified that he was making the best decision of his life. Kylie: Seeing Robert for the first time, and taking in all the emotions that came with it. Also, standing behind the doors with her dad waiting to walk down the isle, and her dad handing her a red rose to put in her bouquet. He always gets his wife, Kylie, and her sister a red rose each for special occasions, and this was no different. FIRST DANCE SONG: I Don’t Dance – Lee Brice. Robert has always said Kylie would only get 1 dance in her lifetime, because he does not dance, so the song seemed perfect 🙂 HONEYMOON: The Hard Rock Hotel, Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. We would suggest it to anyone looking for a great, tropical, honeymoon location. It was great! VENDOR LIST AT BOTTOM OF POST.
