It is wedding season and I couldn’t be happier with how wedding season 2016 has kicked off. Thomas and Ashley have been the greatest to work with. From their Chicago Engagement Session to the actual wedding day, they have been terrific. For them, the festivities continue in Chicago this weekend with a family celebration in the city.
The wedding day started off with just a few sprinkles and the most perfect temperatures and ended with a shower of sparklers. Truly it was a perfect day. Ashley looked beautiful in her ballgown and I have to mention that it had pockets! Every bride who has pockets in their wedding dress always loves that feature.
I must give a shout out to the wedding party and the family of the bride and groom. Part of the reason that things orchestrated so smoothly during the day was because they were all enjoying the day so much too. It was a joy working with each of them on such a special day.
Tom and Ashley, thank you so much for entrusting me to your day. Here are the highlights!
